Issue Description: I started the quest, fought off 4 waves of pairs of wolves, then it stopped. No boss spawned, I waited an hour. No evidence of lag, no one else was logged in at the time. Quest Giver seems to think the invasion is still underway, but the lack of spawns suggest otherwise.

[9:50 AM] Echo: All I did with that one was make the area a little smaller and move the spawn points closer together. Shouldnt have broken it...
[10:05 AM] Echo: I tried it and nothing spawned. Then I did a reset and things worked. Will need someone else after I finsih this to test it please.
