        I probably.. actually.. should edit their classes. they're currently construct/magical beast but thinking they shouldnt have MB levels

                variable iCannotBeEmpathied=1 was missing
                SHOULD prevent you now from AE/taming them
                If this doesnt work after v7319 please bug report it
