Issue Description: Each dialogue option for what the bazaar lady all shows the exact same item- asked echo before and she said they were all supposed to be different.

Not sure if bug or not but the item selection pool seems to be very small too.

Could a few more things be added?

Maybe fixed?
Both merchants had the same tag. Not sure if that's the issue or not.
Test after v7301 is live
