Issue Description:
I was curious what essences did so I tried to get some, but none have dropped for me. I've tested this spell on elementals at Halfhap, Mountain Climbing and Raging Elementals. Neither the normal variant nor the Helmlands elementals have dropped anything.

It is a spell left over from v5 that used to make elementals drop essences you could use to power armors and stuff. The essences didn't really do anything on their own, and the armors don't exist in this canon, so I'm pretty sure they were just never added in and the spell was overlooked in the porting of the custom spells.

I wondered about this myself.

This seems like something that could spark a suggestions thread, where people discuss what could be done with said essences, were they to re-appear. (reagents for the flame weapon/darkfire spell comes to mind immediately, but that's just nice and flavourful - something with druids might be nice, not sure what - though reagents for alter weather would be a good thing to have at some point, not sure all four essences makes sense for that though)

Precept and Mossmere might want them for magical research, reagents for flame weapon and darkfire or use in high level crafting

i assumed that the essences would be useable on weapons to apply a flame weapon effect based on the type of elemental and strength of elelmental for duration.

would also be possible to weave them into the crafting matrix too.

pretty sure that they coudl be applied to the animation system too - fire creating burning corpses, acid - skeletons, water - drowned zombies, electric - hasted ones. or could just give resistances/weakness to the animations?
