Suggestion: Make all ingredients stackable (or most) + Poisonable consumables

I believe that I should not have 5 backpacks of gem dust, 4 completely full, 1 halfway. If there is some kind of code preventing these things from being stacked then I totally understand.

Make consumables able to be poisoned, especially food. I... have no idea how to implement this, though.
