Issue Description: Was given a scroll from another player that they found in loot, Even thou as a Druid I can cast Stoneskin, I cannot use this scroll, I have other scrolls that are druid spells that I can use normally, but I cannot use this Stoneskin one.

Correct. The standard palette scroll of stoneskin is arcane only. (Not a bug)
