Healing Wand Trade In

Hello there,
I'd like to suggest that there might be an NPC somewhere that would be willing to trade in full charge healing wands for higher grade ones.
For example:
Two Light Healing Wands would trade for One Moderate Healing Wand.
It might not be an issue later down the line, but I figure it might be a worthwhile way to trade out some of the weight of the wands when their usefulness starts to dry up. I know that they can be made, but it's just an alternative to people who may not have the funds as well.
