Issue Description: We found a blood ritual dagger. It allows you to drain blood from subdued pcs and npcs, and it creates the vile of blood in your inventory. However, you cannot use the vial on the ground to create a puddle of blood. There isn't a use function at all infact on the vials.

Probably missing a script or 2 from v5. Will have to dig for them.
