Quest Giver: Dagmar Steelbarrow, located in East Way, Masoner's Bridge

Even though this is one of the walking quest, it's riddled with difficult enemies. 16/11 AB black boars and more. I like having it more difficult, but could definitely use an XP bump. only gives 50.
