To Chop or not... a druids conundrum.

Issue Description: Druids can collect Oak, and Hickory woods without an axe and with no damage to the tree, but for some reason Mahogany trees do not allow this and require and axe to chop.

Tested again, ended up in bear form for a random spawn and tried as a brown bear. I was able to collect wood just fine in bear form. In normal form I am unable to actually touch the tree.
