Buff Thunder Rage

Compared to the other rages, this FOIG one is fairly weak. It could use a boost on its initial use damage, not much, just a little bit, as well as a bump in AB and/or AC.

It gets very good if you stay pure barb.

I am pure barb. Statwise it's weaker than the base rage!

We are not making any more adjustments to class based stuff anytime soon. Not all rages are going to be equal in all situations. They are niche stuff. Use the default If you prefer.
As posted already we have outlined our projects so after we may get back to this.
