Suggested Glitterdust changes

Right now the spell needs to be targeted on an enemy to work, which means that in order to remove invisibility from someone, you'd need to drink see invis to do so, making the spell pointless in that regard.
What i suggest to change is to make it targetable on the ground to aim the cone instead. It's a much more practical use of the spell.
