Respawn or Fugue bugged

Server Version: 6868 and earlier do not know version for first incident

Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: when i die I cannot respawn using the npc. It takes my xp and then I get a massive lag spike and when its done I am either still in the fugue or it boots me and on relog I am still in the fugue. When testing with dms the lag spike persisted.

Added some additional logs to get more information.
