Boss spawns at the end of the Invasion script.

Ive done this quest once and experienced the same thing, no invasion script triggered at all. I read something about the graveyard section causing this.

Hrm, probably something to do with the quest dialog. Strife mentioned it

I did fix the invasion script so if only the boss doesnt spawn it would be something different.
