Bring back charity chest

SInce selling items is no longer possible and almost everybody just leaves everything they dont want in the containers in the quest area I suggest to bring back the charity chest so we have a place to dump items and, who knows?, maybe get a semblance of an economy going.

Makes those fetch quests viable because we dump everything we dont want in the chest.

No. Charity chest was abused daily.
If you dont want it, dont pick it up. If you want to dump items, use the Trash Barrels.
