Resting, in fact does not remove drains

Issue Description: I rested to get rid of a wisdom drain from the haunted mansion quest boss. It removed the notification at the top right but didnt actually remove the drain.

rest only removes drain from poison afaik.
Anything else needs lesser restoration, remove disease or restoration.

Icons in the upper right corner sometimes bug. Sandly, its a NWN issue.
