No. He's a cleric. He can keep the Rank two officially similar to what Malak has but we should consider him for OC and let the character gain influence in the faction and beyond that way.

Customize Gear similar in power to Rank 3 or 4 to represent OC (happy to make this)
Access to a custom store from Malak (happy to do that)
Increase Wage to Rank 3

Edit: Malak is an honorary Adder in the Guard iirc since it was Archibald Vaylan (The original Viper), Saga Drakesbane, Malak Thane and Hreth (RIP) that formed the Crimson Vipers. The Vipers then were retasked to become the Crimson Guard after Archie's death.

Hey guys.

If not rank 3, i'd like him to get official clergy.

Just listing some of Latoks accomplishments;
Created a war council.
Successfully led said warcouncil into battle.
Attacked successfully a goblin -fortified- tribe.
As the only front line for a whole section, he also charged the goblin chieftains' sons.. And survived.

This tempan is 10/10 and should be official clergy.

In fact i'll make a pole.
