Plants do not regrow

The plants in the garden by the inn (Comfrey and Chamomille specifically) have been empty for hours, so it appears the timer isn't firing for them to regrow. -
Did someone bash them? because you dont need to.
Every plant runs on the same timer. If one plant is repawning fruits/nuts, they all should.
Will have to test/monitor in game. -
Tested this today, and there's definatley something wonky. I harvested plants from these plants, then from some other nearby plants. Waited about 30 minutes, then went back and all the plants except these had regrown.

According to the excerpts above, the Comfrey & Chamomile Plants should produce a maximum of 2 flowers every 25 RL minutes.
They use the same script as all the other plants, too. I dont know why these two arent spawning on time (at all?) Maybe someone got there before you did and took them?

When I tested it, I got one flower out of each the first time, shortly after a reset, and the only other PC ingame did not loot them in the interim. I'll keep testing and see if it's a fluke.
