Spell Duration Bug

Server Version: 20103 Echo 6616
Issue Description: Spell duration is super short for some reason. Has happened twice now. Doesn't seem to happen immediately, either just overtime they suddenly grow short or something triggers it. Noticed that it didn't happen today right until after someone was beaten down in PvP. Perhaps there's something there with the sparring mode that's messing things up?

Please keep a log of what spell fails and when (ie, time/date) so we can check the server logs. This is almost impossible to debug currently.

Is this no longer an issue? it's been over a month since anyone reported it
