Tiefling / Cleric [Amaunator] LG / NAME

The Deliverance is an unrecognised, informal splinter cell of the faith of Amaunator which exclusively recruits Tieflings whose innate malice has been absolved in the Light of the Law.The Tieflings; who are all clean shorn and bear tattoos and runes venerating Amaunator, prescribe to one true Lord and all else as heathen pretenders.
They are antagonistic champions of their faith. Vehemently pushing their faith onto people and, further, denying all other religion.
Their agenda is as follows;
BAPTISM OF LIGHT – They will offer regular Baptisms of Light, where heathens can absolve themselves in the purity of The Yellow God and renounce their former ways. This can be done voluntarily or; the Deliverance is not above forcibly extracting the darkness, as they see it, from their flock.
They will glorify those that have been baptised in posters and afford them luxuries – perhaps reduced wares were any available, etc.
They will conversely vilify any who are not, especially priests, for they are charlatans of the false Gods.
THE CLEANSING – They will put bounties on artefacts and apparel of alternative faiths so they can be cleansed in a ritual and removed. This will be done in public ceremonies.
They will also proactively pursue alternative faiths, their clerics, their shrines, their temples and desecrate them as altars of occultism.
DAWN PRAYERS – they will hold public sermons lauding the rise of Amaunator as the Lord Alone. Telling of parables; prophecies and the virtues of Amaunator. This will be done at day break on the podium outside the Faceless Inn.
The principle aim here is to force people to contend with the Deliverance. None shall be spared from their agend and having to engage with them.

After Ryan the lion I'm not giving approval for two perks (subrace and rank 2). He can make a tiefling but work is way up the faction starting from rank 1. If he's serious and actually plays the character I'm fine with a very quick promotion to rank 2.

There's no secondary vote option for this, there's only yes and no, otherwise min would be a conditional yes based on what Haquin's saying here.

They needed the app for True Sun, which they didn't pass. No need for a relic. Feel free to give them a plot hook about knowing of some legend of a relic being lost in the Kingdom of Anauria by Mount Shaddath

They can be 1st level recruits for the TS as Tieflings, but they'll need to earn 2nd level. It's not hard to do and wont take them long if they RP this the way they say they're going to

I can respect it. It's fun to do cool things and be actively recruited. Lavish has always been polite and friendly to me also. Not sure there is really a problem.
