Consideration open for Caius O'Crae (Raedler) to get some kudos and a piece of loot for being active and promoting the Ghosts, as challenging as it is. He has been active, and neck deep in the faction politics, sowing seeds of discontent and chaos. I vote for him to receive some acknowledgement and some loot to help him.
