Issue Description:
Faction leader name is wonky.
Brynolf Immerdusk doesn't have dialogue. Also not sure if Brynolf is supposed to be male of female. Portrait seems to portray the male, but on other hand features is androgynous.
Claudia Revere, Amadeus Reme and Rowana Clarke don't have dialogue options too. Huntmaster tells to go bother Amadeus when you ask him about the Hunters Union.
Special merchant mentioned in the faction perks list, but there's none.

Brynolf Immerdusk is gender neutral, they go by them/they.
