add summon books to loot tables

They are already part of some loot tables! :) But mostly common ones like rats and beasts

If it's only certain ones and certain loot tables that explains why war and such haven't been found yet! So deff to be expanded on.

Or it's a restricted theme and it needs to be earned.

Hearing different things from different DMs so that's something to be sorted internally!

I told you the war theme existed and there were more ways to get books than finding them on quests ;)
My request for the suggestion was to make sure that books are available in variety of places.
