Irondrake Rock quest

Did it again and yea it is giving gold, but the npc doesn't seem to say "Here is XXXX gold." and doesn't provide xp on completion

For the chests, make sure the resref of the waypoint matches something in the palette.

This was stated in change log as having loot as of this reset, but it does not! v6468
Starwater Tomb does have loot though

Ran it again today to confirm and yup no loot containers in it!

Chest had wrong scripts -
version 6484 no such luck

Loot placeables were missing the scripts, perhaps resolved next reset
