    When using an Oil Flask to create a campfire it does not allow you to rest before it. Bedroll is in inventory.

          This turned out to not be a thing about the fire itself but rather area. The areas outside of Arabel, like one zone outside of it, are not considered wilderness and not restable.

            All the areas are set to Exterior, Natural, Above Ground -- this should be fixed now
