Since Echo expressed not knowing what this is, a potion homogenizer matches the resref's of the potions so they stack.
Vital to inventory management. -

to be fair, I thought it was something to do with brewing potions ... which makes sense. dont shame me.

Upon next reset there will be a new player tool for this.
Use it at a potion and it should cycle through all your inventory looking for similar potions and homogenizing them.
Can be quite buggy because it uses ItemProperty routines, so please report any bugs you find.
