Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: Tried to learn Glitterdust spel from the scroll while already having it in the spell book. Learned the Least Spell Mantle. Not sure if result would be the same or different if I didn't had the Glitterdust learned.

This is why we can't have nice things.
Try looking into spells.2da and iprp_spells.2da and see if lines match.
