Remove bedroll from the starter zone.

Having it there prompts a player to rest to get themselves some spells, then they arrive in Arabel, get 3 more levels a bunch more spells, and can't rest for 6 hours.
Maybe remove the bed roll, and thus the temptation, then have the NPC give them 10g for a room?

Removed the bedroll and added a sign advising casters to wait with resting till they see Jo Sparrow at the Faceless Inn.
