Old Tomb - Mortuary

Used tinder and camp fire to bump through this door a few minutes ago and went to the end of the tomb.
The Lich Sphere and it's corresponding lever are on the wrong sides of the door way. Sphere needs to be triggered to leave the tomb.
Triggered the gate in the last room, but only the left hand door opens, the other remains locked. Wandered around the room but no update to journal and no option to successfully hand quest in when you return to the Elderly Woman.
Checked a few times for hidden enemies/ doors/ levers etc. Are there supposed to be any other spawns or npcs to interact with or kill besides the badgers?

Sorry Puffy, the same door sphere is not responding to fire. No journal changes, quest doesn't appear to be possible to complete at the moment.

Alright, orb should be fixed and maybe the journal as well :)

Stuck at the beholder sphere, fired all of the different abilities on the orb several times and the door wouldnt open.

The door in question is talking to the wrong placeable, or vice versa.

No fire. Will have another crack at it with negative later if that'll help?

Got to the same door and this time tried every type available on the orb, plus cast ray of fire and acid spalsh with Sorc. No effect on the lock.

@Puffy changed the variable on the orb to zqa_oldtomb_4 to match the tag on the door -
Fixed! Tried it today (Puffy 6517). The door works with one of the device options.
But...
The first door starting state was unlocked and doesn't need the orb, though it locks after you have passed through for the first time.
The Lich Door before the end area has the lever and the orb on the wrong sides of the door, so you need the device to escape rather than get in.
Once into the last room and the doors are opened to the tomb, nothing happens, there is nothing to interact with in the room except for statue and lever. Nothing spawns (if there's anything supposed to..?) and quest journal doesn't update for the quest hand-in.
Some non-hostile badgers spawned in some rooms on the way in, a few hostiles on the way out.
