Custom Spells added to CoA

As of Spiffy 6230, the following will be added as spells.
ONLY AGANAZZAR"S SCORCHER IS WORKING
@Haquin NEEDS TO EDIT THE SPELL SCRIPTS FOR THESE SPELLS TO FIX AN ERROR IN THEM.
PLEASE WAIT UNTIL HAQUIN HAS, IN THIS THREAD, SAID THEY ARE FIXED.
Expect a nwsync update.

Oh, Animate dead is now a third circle spell for sorc/wizards. And bards, because why not?
