All healing kits from the quest "Sunken Ship" in Immersea, seems to generate with no charges, and a mention of "Unlimited" use which has no effect.

Been noticing a lot of those since the last week in quests.

@Huruh seems to be specifically+6 and +10 Healing kits that don't work I find
