Transition from the King's Abyss to the Underdark is one way only

From the webbed area in the Abyss to the Underdark there is an opening that you can transition through, however from the other side the transition is covered with a rockslide and you cannot return.

Let me know if this persists past a recent, its not in the Toolset which makes me think a DM put it down for some reason.
