      Don't want to give away too much of what can be found below the surface, but there should either be some sort of inn mechanic in the breathable area in the settlement, or at least the ability to create a fire and rest.

        Personally, I do like the idea of the referenced area or another nearby option available for a moment's rest to prepare for and encourage the engaging with the various quests.
