I want to become a full member of the Gilded Venture

Theobald has activelly doing work ig and in the forums to make aliances, contracts and bring people to the Hall.
He is sponsoring Tournaments and planning Hunts to entertain people.
He takes people constantly on outdoor tasks and hunts.
He connects Gilded ideals and plots to his own plots and ideas, sometimes in dark nefarious ways.

I need to continue to collect knowledge and exotic resources

Theo wants to use his growing influence and trust in the Gilded Venture on his favor:
Gaining information on strange and unusual topics, listening to rummors and tales and harvesting materials from expeditions.
He uses the resources he gains on the Guild to sponsor personal projects that could in turn create a lot of fun and chaos to other players.

I will go alongside Evander Greythorne and follow "ends justify the means" approach to problems

Theobald does not shy away from foing terrible terrrible things in prol of the greater good, or worthy ends.
Theobald -can- deceive and omit to make his actions more palatable to people, but he also likes to see people conflicted.
He would go, usually, through dark paths to get what he needs even if he has to deal with oposition from more goodly aligned people.
Even doing terrible things he still earns credibility because his methods work, as he has proven correct and effective time and time again.
In the end all this conflict breeds better heroes.

I think Theobald's more than earned it.
I had taken the liberty of fast tracking Harlan to rank 1 without an app earlier because the faction had no official members yet and he had accompanied adventurers on very important events to write about them.

Theobald's put in a lot of work too, and should have deserved the same treatment but he decided to write the app anyways which is fine.
