Banded Ice Dwarf Mail

I found this on the Frigid Cave yesterday, and without looking closely thought it was pretty dang good.

However, while its clearly designed for a cleric, its not 1/10th as good as I thought. I'd suggest making it scale mail (AC 5) or half-plate AC 7 (as is, its basically take a feat or multiclass for armor that is -2 AC except giants/goblins/elementals and a spellslot). I may sacrifice 1 AC for a spellslot but not 2! Or really up the bonuses a bit (+3 vs creatures listed).

Unless, and maybe it is, just intended this will always go into a Prestige chest?
