Climb Zones not working

Area: Storm Horns, Kingdom of Ice

When entering the vertical climb area and using the grapple gun and rope & grapple, we get a message that the waypoint destination is missing.

Tried every possible way. (self power, touch one, nothing.)

FYI, the horizontal zone that is next to it (a little more south on the corner) works perfectly­. Bust be there is too much distance between the waypoints?

suggestion: add placeables?
OR move the zone closer together?
