- Retired Red Raven/ follower of Siamorphe that appreciates his push for acceptance/crimson lady/Siamorphe and wish to set him towards a honourable path

Red Raven has made her offer, he tried to say yes straight away but she asked him to sleep on it. Making it clear that it will be a path of great struggles, with the world against him as he strives to cast aside the evil of his bloodline and embrace the teaching of Siamorphe in the name of Lord Vaylan proper

The infernalist has made an offer to Vortiger, making clear it will cost Vortiger his soul and likely more to grow in power and influence like that which he was born to do. If he returns a vial of his blood to the spot he met the infernalist, the deal will be considered sealed.

Vortiger will be offered by House Delzuld to meet Richard and get the mark off him, under the guise of "happening upon Richard". If he succeeds of silencing Richard and take the mark for Delzuld, Delzuld will offer him a secret under the table sponsorship.

He declined both, putting his hopes on Delzuld. I made a note on his plot ticket about it but forgot about it here
