New weapon crafting recipes + helms

Copper/Bronze/Iron helms have vanished from the crafting options. Platinum and mithril are still there.

Iron weapons are still using the old recipe list, but can't be crafted.
Bronze and Copper list the correct materials, but still can't be made.

Bullets of any kind CAN be made.
