visible in the screen shot, the conjuration spell benefits from sf and gsf abjuration.Not sure if the bug is that it does use that, or that the spell description is wrong!

I vaguely recall this is due to the fact cloak of mist was based on the mage armor spell back in the day and the documentation was such that we simply made it conjuration as well.
