Recipes for enchanted darts seem to require one dart and create one dart. Probably should be 25 required and created. For my PC, one lightning dart created per attempt.

The new recipe will call for 25 darts/bullets/throwing axes
You will keep 10 of them on a failed roll -

Ten are kept on a failed roll, but only one dart is created on a successful one. (version 7683)
