Issue Description: Tried to craft Horizikaul's Boom with settings CL 1 and 50 charges.
Was given the message that the spell could not be imbued into the item (empty magic wand).

Not a bug. Currently not all wands, potions, scroll are "craftable" This and others are under discussion.

I'll treat this as a suggestion, close it off for now.
