Dire Rats not giving skins on potion quest

Issue: When skinning the dire rats that are on the quest, you only get the meat and the bones even though it says you are getting a skin too.

This is the generic message you get from skinning all animals. This is because it's set on the Racial Type (Animal), not on the individual animals themselves. Dire rats are not used in crafting, thus, they provide no skins. I guess I can add a rat skin to their inventory?

Hides can be cured and such
They arent currently used in any recipes, just used for training in crafting skill points
