Make heal 10hp/level and remove it from stores/crafting.

If possible add a debuff that reduces subsequent uses of heal by 50% for 60 seconds. Or a stacking 10-20%.

Once I update the crafting recipes (hopefully this weekend), heal wont be craftable any longer. Not sure if it's in shops? If so, will look at removing.
