      Verk has doggedly hung in there.

      • engaging with a lot of players on Pierre
      • trying to grow Pierre (apology to Saga)
      • trying to get the Greywatch to not exclusively target Tilverton
      • has done as much or more than Olouth and Swifty to contribute to the stories who were both recently promoted
      • He didn't rage with the betrayal of Gloomy (some OOC growth for sure)

      Frankly, he just deserves a win. Rank 3 is not a major thing. I want to make the Black Chalice gear anyhow so he can get a bit of an ego/look upgrade.
