Missing scroll in Haunted Halls

Area: Haunted Halls: Upper Level
Location: Room with the large mirror, in the two bookshelves
Server Version: 2201 DrDeth 7426

Issue: Found an unidentified blank scroll and received the following message

Put in more verbose debugging for the player message... can't reproduce the error, and there seems to be no problem in the script or with the items/objects in question.

Also made it just, try to find the scroll chest twice, because... why not?
