Making a Axani Cleric of Mystra to research the Helmlands to better understand what happened there and how to contain it. Working with a group of other people in a Mystran player factions to complete it.

Character name Amin al-Din Faheem

Born in Thay, parents fled from the area and instilled in him a sense of purpose with their tales of the brutality that unrestrained magic can cause and the ho it can be used for ill.

He tries to put everything into categories, with a mind focused toward research and experimentation. I intend for him to use the Domains of Spell/Rune and focus in Divination.

from the player on how he will represent this;
" A preference for orderly matters, he organizes problems and people in ways that can often lead him to being seen as cold or distant. His hair is prematurely grey, bordering on silver with symmetrical features. Aware of these shortcomings he struggles to appear more spontaneous for the benefit of others."

About as minimalist as an app can get, but I'm curious of what a Mystran priest can bring to the server when focusing on the Helmlands. I see no harm in it.

I don't really know much about Axani other than they are a stickler for tradition and rules

Voting closed but Sure. It's basically a joint concept with Sparrow's Aasimar Paladin that is going to try earn Knight of the Mystic Fire (Mystra paladin order)

FYI: At this point it is valid for Mystra clerics to be Lawful Neutral so don't fret about the one step rule.

Old Mystra (before Helm killed her a few years ago in our setting )was LN. New Mystra (Midnight) is NG but for many years allowed priests of CG, NG, LG and LN (because of her predecessor) but those who were LE we’re forced to adapt or lose power.
