speed essence a little too easy

speed essence currently requires thistle and hops, both are easy to find
i would suggest making a potion of speed require two essences of speed and five sapphire dusts
not a major change, but it would make the potion more equal to other high difficulty potions

or maybe change hops for another more rare item such as terinav root, which is found in more dangerous areas
