At the moment, if a barbarian hits level 10, they become pretty insane. Like far more than they should, due to one of their biggest flaws becoming one of their greatest strength. I know that Barbarian scaling damage Immunity is coming, I just wanted to make sure to put my 2 cents towards it!

      There are a few issues:
-Barbarian Base rage is too strong at max level
-Barbarian rage lasts a little too long in the higher levels
-Barbarian Damage Reduction is too weak early on but once you hit 10 it flips and becomes crazy good with barbarian rage DI
      -non-base rages feel too weak

      Suggestions:
-Have the barbarian base DI scaling go up to 15%
-Reduce barbarian rage from +4 con to +2 con, and reduce its DI to a maximum of 15% at level 10 (this then stacks with base DI to a total of 30% DI. Currently barbarians get 20% from rage). This would also lessen some of the dependency on base rage, and open up using the other rages more. Or, remove the DI or lessen it further and add in temp HP.
-Remove the flat DR barbarians get, it gets a bit silly once you hit max level
-Buff the other rages some (I'll write some suggestions later for this!)

Reasoning: Right now, as a level 10 barbarian, with endurance and rage, an adamantium helmet, and a little bit of +intimidate gear, I have 7 rages that last 20 rounds each, with 160 HP, 25% DI, and 2/- which all stacks with things like stoneskin. It is a good bit high, in my opinion! Which is weird, because I was talking about how barbarians needed buffing. And they still -sort of- do, just in the lower levels, which the changing to scaling DI instead of the DR would help a ton. Plus, that +4 con doesn't kick in til 10 anyways, so it wouldn't reduce power at all there in the early levels, and having something like temp HP or more DI on rage would assist surviving more.
