Add "whetstones" to the crafting tables

With magic weapons being as rare as they are, it could be quite awesome to add in whetstones with magic weapon charges, or Keen Edge charges to the crafting table.

I would suggest them being VERY expensive and rare, and hard to make, so it does not simply become yet another consumable everyone has on hand. But with the many enemies having dam reduction, it could be awesome for non magic users to be able to create them.
