Make Toad Leap and Spider Climb Range:Touch

Right now both of these spells are Range: Self, meaning they can only be cast on yourself. I don't see any reason these purely utility spells shouldn't be able to be cast on other people (And indeed were able to be, back when they were alterations.)

Or even able to be make into potions. Either option would increase the utility of them by several factors.
